Job specification
Do you like communicating with people? Do you have interpersonal skills? Are you an independent person? Do you have rigour? And you excel in your priority management? We want you on our team! Your role will be to be the first responder when users write to us or call us. You will have to make sure that the customer is adequately answered so that they leave happy and satisfied. You will have to know the different products/solutions of Mapgears to better respond to customers.

The ideal profile has the following skills:

  • French/English bilingualism spoken and written
  • Ability to write flawlessly
  • A propensity to seek out the necessary resources to solve problems
  • An ability to popularize technical concepts to communicate with customers and/or users
  • Good knowledge of web and mobile technologies
  • Excellent ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and with respect

Assets:

  • Experience in the field of geomatics/mapping
  • Good knowledge of ticket management tools
  • Experience in the field of customer service
